Heart Broken

Every time I thought I was closer to your heart,
You did things to move us apart.
Every time I tried to close the distance,
You crushed my heart by giving reasons.
Every time I tried to put back the broken pieces,
You smile to break it again.
Every time I thought I could trust you,
Every time I thought you were the one,
And like an idiot thought our souls were one,
You run away leaving my heart in a broken one.
